Pack healing, shield recharge and stamina supplies
Give each supply a purpose before filling your quick-use slots.

1Separate the three jobs
Health recovery, shield recharge and stamina recovery are different item roles. The supplies browser groups them separately and shows recorded use times and durations where available. Our advice: do not fill every slot with one kind of recovery and assume it covers the others.

2Read time as well as amount
A healing rate and a duration describe a gradual effect; an instant amount describes something different. A use time is time committed to using the item. Our advice: compare these fields before deciding which supply you can realistically use while under pressure. Do not treat every displayed number as an instant heal.

3Place items deliberately
Use quick-use slots for items you expect to reach during an encounter, and reserve backpack room for spare supplies or loot. The picker searches across supply groups when you type. Quantities in the planner are planning amounts; they are not a guarantee that a chosen stack is legal in-game.

4Plan for a teammate
A defibrillator and personal healing do not serve the same purpose. Our advice: agree who is bringing revival equipment before a squad run, and avoid assuming someone else has it. Reviving safely still requires a suitable position and attention to nearby threats.

5Review after each return
Our advice: adjust the saved kit after a raid. If an item was never used, consider whether it deserved a slot; if you ran out early, change the plan or quantity. Check current recipes before crafting replacements, and avoid spending a quest component accidentally.
