1PvE test has ended
Update 2.2.0 confirms that the temporary PvE beta has ended. A survey for a sample of participants starts on 22 October. No permanent PvE mode or replacement schedule is announced.
2Hydra: spread attention and respect the damage
Target distribution now switches between different targets more often, base damage has increased to compensate, and close-range aim is corrected. Do not rely on one teammate distracting every firing angle. Exact new damage and health values are not published.
3Turbines and map selection
ARC Turbine spawn consistency increases on Buried City, Riven Tides, Blue Gate and Spaceport. Dam Battlegrounds loses Turbine spawns in standard sessions and most minor conditions; remaining conditions have higher consistency. This is not a guarantee of a spawn in every raid. Pendola Pass has slightly more enemies and fixes for terrain, collision and lighting.
4Frigate and Emperor hazards
Frigate cargo fixes address ejection and falling through. Cargo crush damage applies at its landing point and to riders inside; thruster heat affects the landing area, with no descent burns. Emperor platform synchronisation and compaction killboxes are corrected. These fixes do not make encounter interiors safe.
5Traversal and repairs
Tether Launchers can be repaired during a round again. Grappling Hook rappelling, vaulting against walls and steep slopes, throwing aim and animation are improved. Rare upward launches and throwing inside the Matriarch shield remain known issues. Hold backwards to jump away from a wall run; wall climbing can transition to ladders and ziplines.
6Quest progress: To the Skies
To the Skies can now be completed on any map, with installation needed in one location. Partial progress followed by extraction can still block completion. Older recorded objective wording is historical where it differs; check the active in-game objective before consuming quest items. Belly of the Beast optional objectives now require the correct item for each objective.
7Known quest and Gondola risks
Selling or losing the Equatorial Sundial can block Clean Hands. Photograph Port A in When Everything Falls may not complete. A downed Raider near death can still die in the Gondola; the older 2.1 extraction fix is not a guarantee of survival.
8Speranza and combat corrections
Outpost camera control uses held left mouse button. Node tooltips show ranks, and the weapon-bench button reads Amplify. The Expedition Vault tab and offer are removed. Feats have been added, removed and rebalanced without a complete replacement threshold list. ARC react to Gondola Transceiver interaction, and aim against sliding targets is corrected.
