01 / KNOW WHAT YOU’RE TAKING

One battle. Three different jobs.

THE MATCH OBJECTIVE

Control Zone

Get your team inside the active zone. The faction with the most players there earns points. First to 100 points wins.

THE SCORING ADVANTAGE

Hot Zone 2×

This smaller zone moves within the Control Zone. Players inside count double toward control and earn double cash.

THE TACTICAL OBJECTIVE

Towers

Capture the console to claim a tower and reveal a code digit. The assembled code lets your faction influence the Hot Zone’s position.

SQUAD PLANNING / WDGUIDE ADVICE

Choose the job before the push.

Use the live match map and your squad’s callouts to make the next decision. These examples explain a planning approach; they are not tested timings or a guaranteed winning strategy.

WHEN YOUR SQUAD IS STILL ARRIVING

Regroup on the approach

Agree on a covered meeting point and an alternate route. Tell late arrivals where to join you before starting the tower interaction. A shared destination is more useful than several players taking unrelated routes.

Mark an approach on the planning map →
WHEN YOU CAN REACH THE CONSOLE

Split the jobs

Give one player the interaction, another an entrance to watch and a third a clear support task. If the game refuses the interaction, read its prompt before committing more players to the same room.

Choose a support tool →
WHEN THE TOWER CHANGES OWNER

Confirm the next objective

Report the ownership change and any digit shown. Then ask whether your squad should hold the approach, collect another digit or move into the scoring area. Do not assume the capture finished every part of the objective.

EXAMPLE CALLOUT

“I’m on the console. Watch the entrance; I’ll call when the interaction finishes. Then we check the map together.” This gives teammates a job and a clear moment to reassess.

02 / TOWER CAPTURE

Your next push,
step by step.

Standing in the tower is only part of the job. Find the console and finish its capture interaction.

FIELD NOTE

Use your current on-screen prompts. These steps reflect pre–Early Access beta reporting, not a guarantee for every build.

  1. 01

    Pick an active tower

Open your map. Choose a tower inside the active Control Zone, check its owner and cooldown, then coordinate your approach.

  2. 02

    Clear the approach

Deal with enemies inside the tower. Keep teammates watching the entrances while one player moves to the console.

  3. 03

    Find the capture console

Look for the operations room above the entrance. Beta reports place it one floor up; use the interactive screen as your landmark.

  4. 04

    Complete the interaction

If the console is ready, hold the interact key shown on screen (reported default: F). Let the capture bar finish and confirm the tower changes to your faction’s color.

  5. 05

Share the digit. Hold the ground.

Read the code digit on the console and relay it to your team. Keep watching the approaches so your squad can use the position.

03 / AFTER THE CAPTURE

Turn the code into
a team advantage.

Collect the digits from the active towers. Beta reports describe entering the completed code at the keypad beside a tower console to activate a Hot Zone Magnet, drawing the Hot Zone toward that tower.

Plan the defense with your faction, then move players into the Hot Zone as it arrives. A tower capture alone does not win the match; your team’s presence in the scoring zone matters.

Build-sensitive: Older beta instructions differ on the activation location. Check the current terminal requirements. Cooldowns, timings and activation rules may change.

WDGuide planning advice updated . The tower-console location, code activation and cooldown rules still need current in-game verification; the older gameplay review date above has not been advanced.
