01About WDGuide
WDGuide is an independent, unofficial fan guide and planning resource for WARDOGS. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by BULKHEAD or Team17. These terms describe the rules for using the website, its planners and community features.
02Guides and planning tools
Information may be incomplete, community reported or outdated, particularly while the game changes. Prices, weights, unlocks, build costs, compatibility and planner layouts are reference information, not guarantees of in-game behaviour or results. Check important details in the current game before relying on them.
03Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in account secure and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Do not use WDGuide to harass others, publish unlawful content, impersonate someone, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, manipulate voting or attempt unauthorised access. You remain responsible for what you submit.
04Your loadouts and FOB plans
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You give WDGuide permission to store and process that content to provide the service, and to display it publicly when you choose a public setting. Public submissions may be viewed and used by other visitors through the site’s features. Submit only content you have the right to share, and do not include sensitive personal information. A private setting limits public display; it is not a promise that service operators or necessary providers cannot process the data.
05Moderation and availability
WDGuide may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, legal requirements or service security. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to raise concerns. Features may change or be unavailable, and saved plans are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
06Donations and the Supporter role
Contributions through Ko-fi are optional and support WDGuide, not the game’s publishers or developers. You do not need to donate to use the guides or planners. The Supporter role advertised on our support page is a thank-you in our Discord community, not an in-game benefit. Contact the community team if your role has not been applied. Payment processing is subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Contact us through Ko-fi about payment or refund issues; nothing here limits any refund or consumer rights that apply by law.
07Copyright and third-party services
Game names, logos, images and other third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant permission to reuse those materials. Do not reproduce content beyond what its licence or applicable law allows. Linked or embedded services, including Discord, Ko-fi, Twitch and Steam, operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Contact us if you believe content on WDGuide infringes your rights.
08Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WDGuide is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. These terms do not replace a privacy notice or constitute consent to tracking.
09Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current revision date will be shown on this page, and material changes will be brought to users’ attention as appropriate. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have. For questions, content concerns or account issues, contact the WDGuide team through the community Discord linked below. Avoid posting private account or payment information in public channels.
